This notice explains how MT Digital Ads Ltd. processes personal data when you visit mtdigitaladseood.com (the "Site") or contact us by email. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (Закон за защита на личните данни).

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not required to under Article 37 GDPR. For any privacy request, write to the email address above.
2. What data we process and why
2.1 Browsing data (server logs)
When you visit the Site, the web server automatically records technical information that is inherent to how the internet works: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the HTTP status, the referring URL and your browser and operating system identifiers. This data is not collected to identify you, but could allow identification when combined with data held by third parties.
- Purpose: keeping the Site running, security, detecting abuse or attacks, aggregate and anonymous statistics on traffic.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: up to [7/30] days, unless needed to investigate a security incident or required by law enforcement.
2.2 Data you send us by email
The Site has no contact form. If you write to info@mtdigitaladseood.com, we process the personal data you choose to provide: your name, contact details, the company you work for and the content of your message.
- Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, managing a commercial relationship.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: for the time needed to handle your request. If a business relationship follows, for its duration and then for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law (generally 10 years under the Accountancy Act).
2.3 What we do not do
- We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or any third-party tracking on the Site.
- We do not use profiling cookies. See our cookie policy.
- We do not send newsletters or marketing emails from the Site.
- We do not take automated decisions about you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
3. Who can access your data
Your data is processed by our staff and collaborators authorised under Article 29 GDPR. It may be accessed by suppliers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR, limited to what is necessary for their service:

- our accountants and legal advisers, where required to manage a business relationship or comply with the law.
We may disclose data to public authorities when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Our suppliers are based in the EU or, where established outside the EU/EEA, process data under the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place.
5. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased, where one of the grounds in Article 17 applies;
- restrict processing in the cases set out in Article 18;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller (portability), where processing is based on contract or consent and carried out by automated means;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise any right, email info@mtdigitaladseood.com. We reply within one month, extendable by two further months in complex cases. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with our lead supervisory authority, the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work. For Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
6. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS encryption on the Site, access controls on our email accounts and regular updates of the systems we use.
7. Minors
The Site is addressed to businesses and is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our processing or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
